Jake Bedard
Guitar/Backup Vocals
Jake Bedard's guitar addiction began in middle school, when he was teaching himself classic rock riffs on an old acoustic guitar. He enrolled in private lessons throughout high school, and his focus shifted from classic rock to extreme metal. Jake then went on to study music at Rhode Island College, focusing primarily on jazz. Studying under several Berklee alumni, this time expanded his musical knowledge and technique to new heights as he also began to experiment with 8-string guitar.

Having played in a variety of bands from R&B to death metal, Jake finds a happy midpoint between his various influences in Blind Revision. His current musical style is heavily inspired by jazz, progressive metal, math rock, and video game soundtracks. Jake has also performed as part of a TED Talk on the topic of music in education. He is also now a bass and guitar instructor working with Care 2 Rock, an organization that supports children in foster care.
Kirk Scully
Guitar
Kirk picked up guitar in 2007 and was heavily influenced by classic rock bands such as Boston, UFO, Iron Maiden etc. Now he writes his own music with significant influences from Coheed and Cambria and Circa Survive, striving to break the mold and create a new sound. Kirk has been interviewed by the Newport Daily News for his musical talents, and is a strong supporter of the southern Rhode Island and Newport music scene.
James Steele
Drums
James Steele started playing piano and learning about music theory at age 10. Influenced by bands like Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet For my Valentine, he picked up a guitar at age 14 and started teaching himself the drums at age 16 after a few lessons. Drums have since then transcended into a more endearing part of his life, and he continues to explore and teach himself more and more rhythm concepts while keeping piano and guitar on the backburner. James is now influenced by bands such as Animals as Leaders, TesseracT, Gojira, HavoK, Between the Buried and Me, and Lamb of God. However, he still enjoys radio-friendly bands like Green Day and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. He aims to bring the progressive metal and thrash style of drumming to an audience that might not normally hear such things, while still attempting to maintain a groovy feel in Blind Revision's music. Jamie has been interviewed by the Newport Daily News for his drumming, and he has performed live with bands such as She Said That and Northeast Traffic.
Phil Clougher
Bass
Since elementary school, Phil has been involved with music one way or another. He first started with the trombone, and played in the school bands from fifth grade to his senior year in high school. Phil picked up bass when he was fourteen, and has been playing, since.

When Phil isn't playing music, he he enjoys lifting, and creating new workout plans for himself.

His last name is pronounced "Claw-Her".
